私三船寄道の41枚目のフルアルバムをお届けする。前作が2月12日リリースなので、17日振りのリリースだ。
40枚目の出来は正直、不満だった。英語詞に徹するという部分に注力し、それは出来ているものの、その抑揚のつけ方の正解自体は見えなかったし、合わせるトラックたちのアイディアにも煮詰まりを感じた。ミックス&マスタリングもあまり満足していない。
"だから"というわけでは全くないが、40枚目のアルバム"I Wrestle"をリリースした翌日から今作の制作には着手した。意気込みも何もなく、サウンド面で攻めたアルバムにしたいなあぐらいの感じで始めたので、とてもリラクシンだ。
今回特にフィーチャーしたのがChicago Juke/Footworkのサウンド。いつか自分のものにしたいなと思っていて、ビートパターンの研究自体は2011年ごろから続けていた。流石にもう旬の音ではなくなったものの、その分You TubeなどでFootworkのビートの作りを解説した動画などもかなり上がっていたので、それらを参考にしながらエチュードを重ねた。
ビートがある曲が8曲、ビートが無い曲が5曲の構成。ビートありきで作った部分は全曲Footworkのみにした。BPMは160か170しかない。Ghetto Houseから端を発した音楽だけに、暴力的とも言える過剰なビートの乱打が特徴のこの一連のジャンルだけれども、その部分の凶暴性が薄いところが、まあいつもの三船さんと言った塩梅。今回の聞き所はその果敢にFootworkに挑戦してしまった部分なので、ぜひご賞味いただきたい。
ビートが無い5曲は割と長々と詞を先に書いてしまった曲ばかりで、しかも結構重たくて憂鬱なものが多かったので、そのままエフェクトレスでお聴かせするのは忍びないと思い、結構声を破壊してボカしてしまった。"君"とかど直球のラブソング(?)的なものも有る。
タイトルは"気のせい"と言う。ものすごく動揺していて、なんだかもう毎日どうしたらいいのか分からないなあという時期にこのアルバムは制作されているのだけど、その自分のただただ迷い、揺れ、怒りみたいな部分が割と衒いなく全編に亘って放たれていると思う。"気のせい"というのは、自分の願いみたいなもので、今考えていること、ここに有る13曲全部、気のせいなら良いなぁ・・・、という意味だ。
でもこんな作者の思いなど、とりあえず気にせずに、楽しんでいただきたい。クラブでかけられそうな感じの曲もあるので、今回ものんびりと楽しんでいただきたい。

Honesty, I was dissatisfied with the 40th piece made. Although I was able to focus on the part that thoroughly engaged in English lyrics, I could not see the correct answer of how to put on that intonation, and I felt a boil down idea of ​​the tracks to be combined. Mix & mastering is also not very satisfied.
Although it is not "it is so", it started to produce this work from the day after release of the 40th album "I Wrestle". I was relaxin, as I started with a feeling that I wanted to make it an album attacked by sound without any enthusiasm.
This time especially featured sound of Chicago Juke / Footwork. I thought that I wanted something to do something someday, and the research on the beat pattern itself continued from around 2011. Although it is no longer a season sound to the drift, the videos etc. which explained the making of Footwork 's beat by You Tube etc were also going up considerably, so we overlapped the etude while referring to them.
It consists of 8 songs with beat and 5 songs with no beat. I made only the whole song Footwork for the part made with beat. BPM has only 160 or 170. It is this series of genres characterized by excessive beating disgust, which can be said to be violent only to music that originated from Ghetto House, but the place where the ferocity of that part is thin is well plain salt that is usual Mihon said. This listening place is a part that has challenged Footwork with boldness, so I'd like to appreciate it.
The five songs without beat were split and the songs that had written the lyrics a long time ago, and there were so many heavy and depressing things that I thought that I would not be able to keep listening as it was without effects, I destroyed my voice quite a bit. There are things like "Kimi" or a straightball love song (?).
The title says "Because of mind". This album is being produced at the time when I do not know what to do everyday anyhow because it is tremorously upsetting but the part like his own just lost, swaying, angry is sparingly over the full story I think that it is released. "Kimono" means what I am wishing, what I'm thinking, all 13 songs in here, good if it feels good.
But I would like you to enjoy such thoughts of such authors without concern for the time being. There are some songs that I feel like I can play at the club, so I hope you enjoy it this time too.
